Wallace Farms is located in Keystone and they are on a mission…a mission to bring grass-fed beef, raised right there on their farm, to all their customers. Their cattle eat nothing but grass and hay, and are never given additives, synthetic growth hormones or antibiotics. Rather, these cattle eat what Mother Nature designed their bodies to digest, grass – nothing more and nothing less.
There are like mined Iowans that also that have joined with Wallace Farms and provide grass-fed Lamb, pasture-raised Turkey, organic Chicken and fresh air Pork. You can purchase their products by joining a farm club, where you chose what you would like, place the order and Nick delivers to various ‘drop places’ during each month.
As I was looking at Wallace Farms website I ran across something that ‘sort of jumped off the page at me’…You likely have a personal relationship with your doctor. You most surely know your dentist by name. Your accountant may also be a good friend. But do you know your farmer? This question was posed by Nick Wallace, the gentleman that runs Wallace Farms…and sadly, but true most of us don’t.
Wallace Farms is not driven to become the largest producer of grass-fed beef in the United States – just the best.
