Nick’s Sticks

Everybody loves beef sticks…but Nick (as in Nick Wallace of Wallace Farms) has put his into a different category!  They are made of ~ 100% grass-fed beef or free-range turkey Redmond’s Organic Seasoning Salt.  That’s it!  Isn’t that amazing that that you can actually spell and pronounce everything in them!

A good friend of Nick’s had mentioned creating a paleo-friendly protein snack about three years ago. (Paleo diet friendly foods are low glycemic and have minimal effect on blood glucose levels.  Helping to prevent those high and low feelings during the day…see you can learn something new every day!) Since he was struggling to find time to eat with his busy schedule, let alone something healthy and easy, he decided it was a good idea and gave it a try.  Two years later Nick’s Sticks were born!

Go ahead, give them a try! When is the last time you actually had a snack you could carry in your purse, gym bag or in your car that was good for you? They come 2 in a pack and need no refrigeration.

Just a side note, when you make a purchase…Nick’s Sticks will donate 5% of their net profits to Fisher House, which is an organization that provides a “home away from home” for military families to be close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.  Thank you Nick’s Sticks for your donation!

Just sent my “first” order to try your beef and turkey sticks. Never saw turkey sticks before. I have had beef and pork. Ever think of making rabbit sticks?? A friend made those and they were absolutely tasty. Know someone who makes them since you don’t?
